The elves' chairs and workbench are carved from crystal ice. White ice snowflakes adorn the backs of the chairs Even the railing keeping spectators away from the table is carved from ice.

The elves are baking cookies in a hearth carved from ice and lit from within.

This crystal-ice elf is standing on the workbench and holding what looks like the lid of a gift box, complete with bow, over his head.
-
The shelves in the workshop contained a number of real toys next to their equivalents in crystal ice. Besides the truck, you can see the head of a panda doll at the bottom of the picture.
-
The elves' workbench from the opposite side. The ice archway in the background is the entrance to the Workshop. Note that ice toy soldiers guard the arch on either side.
-
Another view of the workbench. Note in this picture the Workshop wall in the background: White ice has been used to create the "illusion" of ice capping the crystal ice wall. Ice carved to look like... ice! Cool!
-
Santa presiding over the Workshop, and ice cookie in hand and more refreshments on an ice stand by his chair. The set of ice cupboards in the background were amazing, but don't show up very well in any of the pictures.

An ice depiction of Santa's Workshop in Florida wouldn't be complete without... palm trees! Carved from ice, of course, and lit from inside.
